Site Investigation

Mr. Thompson has more than 25 years in the environmental consulting field.   Mr. Thompson assisted the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection with the development of the “Standard References for Monitoring Wells”, the source document for site investigation guidance.

Extensive Experience

He has extensive experience as a field environmental scientist and as such is an expert in assement of the representativeness of data collection. Property Transaction Investigations

He has managed the completion of numerous Phase I and Phase II property transaction investigations, including property transaction investigations on high rise property in Boston and he has managed several multi-site real estate transaction investigations and further investigation where remedial response actions were necessary prior to closing.
