Mr. Thompson has functioned in an incident response command position for a substantial marine oil spill into Boston Harbor; as such he has had direct interaction experience on an emergency basis with EPA, NOAA, US Coast Guard and MassDEP.  He has responded to several time critical releases of petroleum compounds, including gasoline, from high pressure pipelines, ship manifolds during delivery of product, and large above ground storage tanks. He also oversaw Immediate Response Actions at several truck/tractor trailer roll over and accident events as a consultant the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
